Mr. I-Can-Make-a-Yankees-Hat-More-Famous-Than-a-Yankee-Can will be the first person to perform a full concert at the new Yankee Stadium.
It was just announced at tonight's Detroit vs. New York baseball game at Detroit's Comerica Park that Jay-Z and Eminem will perform a double-header concert at Yankee stadium on September 13th.
“We are thrilled that two of today’s most exciting music artists will headline the first-ever concert at Yankee Stadium,” said Chief Operating Officer Lonn Trost. “Yankee Stadium was built with this kind of mega-event in mind. It will undoubtedly be a memorable occasion for music fans around the world."
Seeing these two together replays one of my fav songs, "Renegade." Hope they perform it!
PS: I thought Em killed it on the track. Like, Jay shouldn't have even been on it. Just my opinon. Shhhh...
